Conscription Status is an effect that can be applied via the Conscription spell or by using a Conscription potion. This effect shows up frequently on the Ninth Floor during Faction Wars (game).
Conscription potions only work on the 9th, 12th, 15th, 17th, and 18th floors. [1]
