On the Fourth Floor, Dismember is the War Mage aboard the Dismembered Unlimited.

Description

Dismember appears to be an elf with long, silver hair. He specializes in necromancy magic.^[2]

When crawlers board the first car of the Dismembered Unlimited, the quest "Levi is on the Menu Quest" triggers. As the train hurtles to its next station, Dismember casts You're Not Done Yet Spell to create an army of Fleshers that swarm the first car, seeking to re-sleeve Levi the 7th.^[2] Dismember intends to re-sleeve Levi a total of 15 times, and is also building an army of deceased crawlers.^[2]^[3]

Book 3

Carl, Donut, Mongo, and Katia Grim manage to hold Dismember and his Fleshers back behind a metal barrier pressed against the door of the first train car. Carl lures Dismember closer to the barrier and calls out the Play, "Surprise Three": Donut casts her Hole Spell, Carl grabs the elf by his hair and pulls his head through, and Donut snaps off the spell, dismembering Dismember.^[2] Carl puts the War Mage's head in his inventory.^[3]
