The Dispenser' was a Neighborhood Boss located outside the Medium Skyfowl Settlement on the Third Floor.
Appearance
The Dispenser looks like a giant manta ray that can blend into the background buildings. It is large enough to cover almost the entire building. [1]
Story
Book 2
Carl mentions that Donut's Acute Ears Skill was instrumental in letting them know the Dispenser's location, and Donut used her Second Chance Spell on two Brain Boilers to attack it. They finished it off with the Clockwork Triplicate Mongos using dynamite. [1]
