The Eulogist is located near the center of the galaxy, and appears to be a large, completely stable Macro AI without a personality. It is older than Syndicate society, and extends a benign Enhancement Zone across several solar systems including the Center System.[2][3]
The Nebular worship it like a god, and believe Mantis attempts to replicate it are blasphemous.[3] One faction of the Residuals believes that all biological life will be wiped out if the Eulogist returns to sleep.[4]
