Emberus assigns the Find Out Who Killed My Son and Kill Hellik Quest to Carl on the Fifth Floor. The quest notifications glow with golden light, and are narrated in Emberus's gravelly voice.[1]

"Find Out Who Killed My Son" requires Carl to identify Geyrun's murderer and their motive before he can exit the Eighteenth Floor.[1] The quest is occasionally updated with clues and leads that are best described as "side quests."

Quest

New Quest. Find Out Who Killed My Son.

Geyrun was murdered. Find out who did it and why. My only clue is that the most obvious suspect, my brother Hellik, was in council with the rest of us when it happened. Visit the high cleric at the Emberus Shrine at Club Vanquisher for additional details.

Time Limit: There is no time limit for this quest. However, you will receive a smite if you attempt to exit the 18th floor of the world dungeon before this task is complete.

Reward: That depends on who did it.[2]
