Iron Stomach Skill is a skill that allows a Crawler to consume magical items, though it does not resize the items to allow for easier consumption. [1]

"The Iron Stomach skill...basically allowed one to consume magical items. The item would be destroyed, and if you ate enough, it would permanently raise your intelligence by one point. At level 10, it was a one-to-one ratio, and it also allowed you to eat cursed items with no ill effects, which was a pretty big deal....
Still, literally eating most magical items was out of the question. The system made no distinction between a magical ring and a magical jacket." Carl [1]

Book 7
Katia Grim has this skill when she has the Enchanted Spiked Knee Pads of the Munificent Goddess Kina, eating several objects and raising her intelligence by 20 levels, but looses the skill when she gives the kneepads to Donut. [1]
Speculation
Prepotente presumably had the skill on the Sixth Floor when he ate the Enchanted Night Wyrm's Ring of Divine Suffering, though this is not confirmed.
It is also likely that Donut was wearing the kneepads (thereby giving her the skill) when she ate Carl's Enchanted Night Wyrm's Ring of Divine Suffering, though this is not confirmed.
