Kiwi is a female Ursine NPC, formerly a Mongoliensis, first encountered in the Hunting Grounds.

They say an asteroid is what wiped out the dinosaurs on this planet.

I don't think that's true. If Kiwi and her pack of voracious, slightly-insane velociraptors are even remotely like what you had roaming around way back in the late Cretaceous period, I'm pretty sure what happened is that these ladies simply killed everyone and everything.

This is Kiwi. The head bitch in charge of the jungle's fastest, most vicious, most clever predators: the Mongoliensis. Take a gang of women convicts from a 1970's prison movie. Combine them with a coalition of cheetahs and a shoal of hungry piranhas, and you have a vague notion of just how screwed you are.

This particular pack if comprised of only females. In fact, it appears all the dinosaurs in the area are female. That's pretty odd. Almost interesting.

And here's an even more interesting, seemingly random, but probably important fact. Dinosaur-class monsters didn't exist in the area before Scolopendra's nine-tier attack. Yet here they are. Where did they come from? If you weren't about to die screaming, it would be something you might want to look into.

Warning: This is a lizard-class mob. It will inflict 20% more damage against you thanks to your Extinction Sigil.

And yes, I know dinosaurs aren't really lizards if we're being super technical. Get over it. ^[1]

History

Kiwi was originally a female Ursine who lived in a pious community on the Sixth Floor. She and a group of other mothers broke the strict rules of their community by teaching several of their children how to dance ballet. Her daughter, Tina, was the best dancer of the group. Kiwi's husband learned of the secret recital in which the children were going to dance, and stopped it before Tina could perform her solo. Kiwi slapped him, and in punishment her husband whipped her severely. Shortly after, Scolopendra's Nine-Tier Attack transformed Kiwi and most of the other female Ursines into Mongoliensis, while Tina was transformed into an allosaurus.

Following the transformation, Kiwi and the other transformed Ursines traveled with Big Tina, trying to curtail her violent behavior. When The Royal Court of Princess Donut arrived in the Hunting Grounds, Kiwi and Mongo crossed paths and immediately mated, which caused Kiwi to become pregnant.

Kiwi and the other Mongoliensis performed in the talent show at the Butcher's Masquerade. Afterwards, Carl used the I Take It All Back Potion to transform Kiwi back into a (very pregnant) ursine. This caused them to win the quest "The Recital."
