A Kua-Tin Rebreather is roughly the size of a cat collar, and can only be equipped by knee-height creatures with gills.[1] The small, barely noticeable device wraps around the wearer's throat to cover their gills, and occasionally sprays water and mist.[2][3]
Kua-Tin generally wear a Rebreather on dry land.[4][3][2]
