Leaderboard

The Dungeon Leaderboard populates after the first episode of Dungeon Crawler World: Earth airs on the Fourth Floor, and updates after every new episode. It shows the Dungeon's current Top Ten Crawlers, as determined by crawler Ratings, and the bounty on each of those crawlers' heads.

Leaderboard Mechanics

Every time a Top Ten Crawler is killed, a system message announces to everyone inside the Dungeon:

System Message. A champion has fallen. A bounty has been claimed.^[1]

The crawler to kill the "Champion" receives a Gold Player-Killer Skull above their heads, an achievement, and a Legendary Bounty Box containing the slain crawler's bounty.^[2][3] The first crawler to kill a champion in any given Dungeon receives an achievement for being the first to collect a bounty, but does not receive an award.^[3]

Every time a crawler in the Leaderboard's Top 10 descends a stairwell, they receive the Quarry Sees Another Spring Achievement and a Gold or Platinum Venison Box containing 10%+ of their own bounty. Every time they receive the achievement, the current and all future bounties on their heads are multiplied by a factor of one.^[4]

Fourth Floor: The Iron Tangle

Leaked Leaderboard

Odette leaks an advanced copy of the Leaderboard to Carl and Donut after they flee the Third Floor and appear on Dungeon Crawler After Hours with Odette. (Carl is, notably and hilariously, wearing underwear fashioned out of toilet paper.)^[5]

You will notice that the leaderboard has finally populated. Congratulations to everybody on the list. As you can see, each member of the top 10 has a bounty after their names. That means hunting season is open! Isn’t that exciting? If you kill one, you will receive a loot box containing the reward. If you are on the leaderboard, don’t worry, you get to join in on the fun, too. If you survive the floor, you will receive 10% of your own bounty upon floor collapse. That percentage goes up each floor.^[7]
