Loita works in the Borant Corporation's Communications Department.
Description
As a Kua-Tin member of the Borant System's ruling ultra-nationalist party, the Bloom, Loita receives preferential treatment and has her pick of crawlers. Hekla and Brynhild's Daughters were her main accounts until the party disbanded on the Fourth Floor.[1]
With three days remaining on the Fourth Floor's timer, Loita bids to take over PR for the Royal Court of Princess Donut on the grounds that Katia Grim is technically under her purview.[1] Within thirty-six hours, growing unrest in the Borant System causes the Bloom to send Zev to a "reeducation retreat," and Loita becomes the Royal Court's principal PR agent.[2]
Appearance
Loita looks similar to Zev, but is slightly taller and thinner. She wears a Kua-Tin Rebreather around her neck and the Bloom Badge on her breast.[2]
