The Loot Punch Card is an item that Carl received as part of the Celestial Loot Achievement. [1]
Description
The Loot Punch Card is a little piece of paper with five slots with one slot punched out with a hole in the shape of a foot when Carl receives it. [2]
It reads: “Picked up Celestial Items Off the Floor. Fill the card for a special prize.”[2]

Carl receives the card for picking up the Cloak of the Benevolent Champion from Quan Ch at the end of the Eighth Floor.
