Appearance
When Carl and Donut explore the wreckage of the administrative building, they find the mumified corpse of Magistrate Featherfall, strapped upside down to a circular constructruction. His body is tied to the structure with old rope, with his featherless wings covered in goosebumped gray skin. His cracked beak and milky white eyes leak a clear fluid. [1]
Story
Book 2
Halfway through the Third Floor Carl and Donut go into the Medium Skyfowl Settlement that has Magistrate Featherfall as the mayor. As they are working on the Sex Workers Who Fell from the Heavens Quest, they find GumGum's body surrounded by Krasue. [4] On her body they find both a Mysterious Letter written in the language of necromancers, and a Gate Pass from Magistrate Featherfall. Fitz, the bartender of the One Eyed Narwal, mentions how Featherfall is a black cleric who can control the undead. Carl and Donut decide to investigate. [3]
After they blow up the administrative building, Carl and Donut go exploring in the wreckage. There they find Magistrate Featherfall's withered corpse strapped to a round ritual structure. He had been clearly dead for a while. [1]
