Medium Skyfowl Settlement is a Settlement on the Third Floor. The Princess Posse enter the town halfway through the floor level.
Description
The Medium Skyfowl Settlement is one of several settlements on the Third Floor. The settlement is composed of mostly two story buildings to accommodate the large Skyfowl population that can fly from building to building. Several buildings have unoccupied first floors. [2]
The administration of the town has a severe bias toward Skyfowl. When confronted with murders of non-skyfowl in the city, the secretary for Magistrate Featherfall Miss Quill said that as long as the problems didn't affect skyfowl it wouldn't be a priority. [1]

Administrative Building
The administrative building doesn't have a first or second floor. The third floor is a shopping mall filled with expensive stores oriented toward Skyfowl. The shops are manned by non-Skyfowl. [1]
The fourth floor of the administrative building contains Magistrate Featherfall's office and his secretary, Miss Quill. [1]
201st Security Group Militia Building
Located two blocks from the Administrative Building in a poorer residential street in the city. The building as a sign "Apito Education Center". The building is a corrupt temple. [3]
Story
Book 2
Halfway through the Third Floor Carl and Donut go to the Medium Skyfowl Settlement. There they get the Sex Workers Who Fell from the Heavens Quest. [2]
Upon blowing up the administrative building, Carl receives several achievements (Assassin! Achievement, Ultimate Extreme Power Achievement) for killing Miss Quill and Magistrate Featherfall and assumes control of the settlement. [4]
