Osvaldo is a Brazilian crawler and member of Flamengo. He has been popular with audiences after the events of the Sixth Floor.
Description
Osvaldo entered the Dungeon in Brazil and joined the min-maxing party, Flamengo.[3][4] On the Third Floor, he chose the seemingly-human Curupira race and Ranger Class, and began putting all of his stat points into Dexterity.[1][3] As a result, he is capable of "doing some crazy parkour shit."[5]
At some point, he acquired a pet Stone Hawk named Gimli.[6] Team Flamengo began gaining popularity with audiences during the Fourth Floor Iron Tangle, and Osvaldo is one of the top 50 crawlers invited to the Butcher's Masquerade on the Sixth Floor.[4] Osvaldo is also a participant in Carl's largest group chat.[7]
Story
Before or during the Sixth Floor, Osvaldo and his team become acquainted with Anton, Paz Lo, and Sister Ines.[8]
Osvaldo attends the Butcher's Masquerade at the end of the Sixth Floor, where he awkwardly presents his Stone Hawk during the Pet Show.[3] He survives the fight against Queen Imogen, picks up the Treasure Map, and immediately loots the Memorial Crystal from the Country Boss's body. In the aftermath, Prepotente tries to take the Memorial Crystal from Osvaldo, Bianca eats Gimli, and Carl receives an update to the Find Out Who Killed My Son Quest that requires Carl to take the Memorial Crystal. Osvaldo and the surviving members of his team descend the stairs before Carl's big Faction Wars announcement, and blame Prepotente and the Royal Court of Princess Donut for Gimli's death.[6]
After the first episode of Dungeon Crawler World: Earth airs on the Eighth Floor, Osvaldo appears on the Leaderboard for the first time at spot #8.[1] The first time he and his team enter a T'Ghee Card training room, their opponent is the Pillsbury Dough Boy; they defeat it by cooking it with a fire-breathing lizard card.[9] Later, Osvaldo features on another recap episode, where he is shown bouncing off walls in pursuit of a monkey mob; the Memorial Crystal hangs from his neck.[10]
He and his team return to Brazil for the floor's final phase, where they enter a card battle against Jurgen; Jurgen is forced to use a Flee Card, and retaliates by breaking the stairwell.[7] Although the two bicker in Carl's chat, Flamengo and Jurgen's team ultimately work together to clear out the rubble.[7][11]
