Throughout the series Princess Donut declares many things to be "An outrage!". Below is a collection of such Royal Decrees.

Mordecai gave the Bopca a potion that broke Donut's charm over him. She declares this an outrage and asks why he is "turning the help against me" - Chapter 8
Lucia Mar is told that Donut challenged her dogs. Donut declare this an outrage because she doesn't want to fight those dogs (even though she and Carl would obviously win). -Chapter 21
After killing Miss Quill, Carl's name is changed to Magistrate Carl of Medium Skyfowl Settlement. Donut declares that him getting a fancy name change when she doesn't is an outrage. - Chapter 22
After finding out they got screwed out of the Celestial Box, Donut declares this an outrage. - Epilogue
Book 3 Outrages:
Zev tells Donut that Dungeon-Born pets are considered Borant Property. Donut declares that Mongo is not anybody's property and that it is an outrage that Zev said he is.
Book 4 Outrages:
Ghazi leaving Tish for a fictional women was not only declared an outrage, but Donut was appalled at it. - Chapter 21
Not receiving a Boss box or anything else after escaping from the Sand Castle Donut declared that decision an outrage and that the game was cheating again. - Chapter 23
Carl receiving a Gold Boss box when Donut didn't despite her dropping the depth charges is declared an outrage. -Chapter 28
Carl being forced to tithe 5% of his money to Emberus is declared an outrage. -Chapter 32
Book 5 Outrages:
The Achievement: Premature Questjaculation gives them no quest box because they finished the question before it was given. Donut declares this an outrage. - Chapter 28
While infiltrating the Hunter levels of Club Vanquisher she sees that they get a full restaurant with waiters and everything. This being way better then what crawlers get is declared an outrage. -Chapter 58
While bringing animals into the party at the end of the floor Donut refuses to put them in carriers as they are professional show animals. This is declared an outrage. - Chapter 64
The lack of bathrooms at the end of floor party is declared an outrage. *Note* This is called "outrageous" but is not declared an outrage. It is being included in the list for the sake of completion.- Chapter 65
