This Little Piggy Made a Boom Boom! is an exclusive achievement that the System AI awards to Carl on the Sixth Floor. The name might be related to the First Floor This Little Piggy Went to Market! Achievement.

The AI reads this in his terrible breathy voice.

Story

Book 5

Carl receives this achievement after he kicked the Just You Wait Until Your Daddy Gets Home bomb out of a saferoom toward Vrah and two other mantises.[2] He received a Bomb Upgrade Patch as a reward.[3]
