This Little Piggy Went to Market! is the logical follow-up to the Podophilia! Achievement and Smush Skill. It is most likely a unique achievement only awarded to Carl. It's also the first time that the System AI refers to itself as "Daddy."[2]

Story
Carl receives this achievement after smushing a bunch of Tusklings during the fight against the Ball of Swine on the First Floor.[3] He opens the achievement on the Second Floor, and the Shoe Box contains the Enchanted Pedicure Kit of the Sylph.[2]
