The Training Room is a Personal Space upgrade that allows crawlers to train specific skills and spells.

At level 1, it allows for one hour a day on a specific non-magical skill. It won't train anything explosives based until level 2 which has a Bomber's Studio. [1]

Book 3

Katia Grim uses her coupon from It's Not My Fault You Fish-Headed Assholes Don't Properly Program Your Quests Box to purchase a Training Room upgrade. [1]

Carl uses the room to train his Bare Knuckles Skill by hitting wooden dummies, Donut trains her Dodge Skill but dodging a hologram of a four armed monster lashing whips at her, and Katia Grim trains her Catcher Skill but jumping in front of rocks as they are tossed at a puppy. [2]
